Operating at the interface between the designing parties and the executing parties is a fantastic challenge. The new forms of contract offer us the opportunity for a rediscovery of the concept of Collaboration.
Setting up and working within these new forms of cooperation requires us to learn to listen to each other again. In addition, new opportunities arise to achieve innovations and improved processes together that previously appeared impossible as a loner. Herein lies my motivation to tackle each project as a team. In which we go through an enjoyable but intensive process, resulting in a qualitatively better building within the same budget.
