For FMHaaglanden, gebouwNbeheer is developing a 3D model of the buildings Koningskade 4 and Parnassusplein 5 in The Hague. The digitization of these two buildings should make FMHaaglanden's work more efficient and less prone to error.
FMHaaglanden is one of the largest facilities service providers for the central government in The Hague. Every day they work hard to create a pleasant working climate and good facilities for the government officials working in the city.
After an initial pilot with a 3D model of one of the other buildings for which FMHaaglanden provides facilities services, they issued a tender to have a 3D model made of the buildings Koningskade 4 and Parnassusplein 5 as well. In preparation, they prepared the FMH FM BIM requirements and FMH ILS configurator. The resulting tender won gebouwNbeheer .
We are currently building the models and cleverly linking the desired information to the geometry.
