For Ariens Zorgpalet, now Liberein, gebouwNbeheer did a pilot for setting up a model for management and maintenance. Ariens Zorgpalet is a care institution in Enschede, with several locations, for people with care needs. A building model was created of 1 location, in which specific information is linked.
Together with the property management department, we checked the 2D drawing work with the built situation and then converted it into a 3D building model.
Then, together with the property management department, we examined which parameters and information needed to be added to make the model practically usable in the use phase of the care complex.
This resulted in information linked to space, to walls and floors, to windows/doors/doors, transportation and fixtures & fittings. The type of information ranged from house numbers, escape routes, fixtures to the brand of appliances in the bathroom of a housing unit.
